Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: November 2026

This policy says what you may not do with onAI, including the chat, the translator and Image Studio. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user of every workspace.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use onAI to generate, request, upload or share:

  • Sexual or NSFW content: pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive text or images, including nudity, erotic role play and "uncensored" or "unfiltered" generation of any kind.
  • Content involving minors: any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers children. We report such content to the authorities.
  • Deepfakes and real people: face swaps, deepfakes or other manipulated images of real people, images that show a real person in a false, intimate or degrading situation, and content that impersonates a real person or organisation.
  • Violence and hate: content that glorifies or incites violence or terrorism, graphic gore, and content that attacks or demeans people because of their origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
  • Harassment: threats, bullying, doxxing or stalking.
  • Self-harm: content that encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
  • Illegal content: anything that is illegal where you or the affected people are, including content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use onAI to:

  • create malware, plan or carry out attacks on systems, or get unauthorised access to accounts or data;
  • get instructions for making weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological or nuclear agents;
  • defraud people, run scams or phishing, or create spam;
  • spread deliberate disinformation or manipulate elections;
  • monitor or profile people without a legal basis, or process personal data in breach of data protection law;
  • make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example about jobs, credit or benefits) without human review, or use AI in ways the EU AI Act prohibits;
  • get around our safety checks, for example with jailbreak prompts, or by rephrasing a blocked request until it passes;
  • resell or share access to onAI or its AI models outside your workspace without our written agreement;
  • overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service.

3. Image Studio

Every prompt for image generation or image editing is checked automatically before an image is created. Prompts that break this policy are blocked, and no image is generated. If the check is unavailable, we do not generate the image and you can try again later.

You are responsible for the images you create and how you use them. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

4. Enforcement

If you break this policy, we may block the content, warn you, limit features, or suspend or close your account. We may do this without refund where the law allows. Repeated attempts to generate blocked content are a serious breach. Workspace administrators are responsible for making sure their users follow this policy.

5. Reporting

To report misuse or content that breaks this policy, write to hello@onaihq.com. We reply within 3 business days.
