onAI runs on servers in Europe with a Swiss contracting party. You can request a dedicated server or run onAI on your own servers.
Mistral also states EU hosting by default, with feature-specific transfers outside the EU. Enterprise offers private-cloud and on-premises deployment. Confirm the processing routes of the features you enable and the responsibilities in a private deployment in your contract.

Start with the files employees already use
onAI gives employees an uncluttered browser interface without technical settings. Upload PDF, Word or Excel files in chat and ask questions about them. You can share a conversation with colleagues by link.
Vibe Work also accepts Office files, PDFs and spreadsheets. Its paid spreadsheet tools go further into workbook creation and editing, with XLSX downloads; Canvas supports direct edits and revisions. If editable workbooks are central to your daily work, test that output on your own formulas and formatting.

Give access and review its use
onAI administrators allow features per group and set cost limits per organisation and person. Reports show usage by model, feature and person. Users are created at their first SSO sign-in, with groups from the directory; onAI does not use SCIM.
Mistral administrators can assign and reclaim Vibe seats. Enterprise adds SAML sign-in and first-login provisioning; its separately enabled Admin API can export user and agent activity using an Admin API key. Treat those Enterprise capabilities separately from the public Team seat price.

Compare image models in one studio
In onAI Image Studio, send one prompt to up to three image models side by side. You can use models from OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs and xAI, apply styles and edit with up to ten reference images. The estimated cost is visible before generation.
Mistral Vibe Work generates images with Black Forest Labs models. It also edits uploaded images and refines generated images through follow-up instructions. Team and Enterprise usage limits depend on the plan, and administrators can disable image generation per Workspace.
